A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Pikeville-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
Too many Pikeville, KY families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Pikeville operation differently. Every technician on our Pikeville roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Pikeville isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Pikeville, KY, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Pikeville, KY warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Talk to a Pikeville property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Pikeville call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Pikeville started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Pikeville line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
From a single soaked bedroom to a commercial building with three flooded floors, our Pikeville teams are equipped to scale up or down — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Truck-mounted extraction equipment on every Pikeville rig pulls high volumes of standing water fast, so drying starts the same day instead of the next. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Pikeville, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Pikeville businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Pikeville crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
Every Pikeville job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.
